Delightful Coastal RV with Privacy!

You'll love this unique and romantic escape near the beaches of Wilmington and Topsail Island. Halfway between Carolina/Kure Beaches and Topsail Island we are centrally located to the best beaches in North Carolina. Wrightsville Beach is centered between those beaches and historic Downtown Wilmington is 10 miles away. Easily accessible and in the quiet and secluded Scott's Hills neighborhood within the Poplar Grove Plantation area. Two beach chairs, cooler and umbrella available upon request The space Our RV is situated in the Scott's Hill neighborhood, centrally located between Carolina and Kure Beaches to the south and Surf City/Topsail Island Beaches to the north. Guest will sleep peacefully after a day at the beach on the Murphy bed, or after exploring downtown historic Wilmington and surrounding areas. Your space is equipped with a queen bed which converts to a couch and the dinette converts into a full bed for another adult or 2 children. Kitchen includes 3 burner gas range, double sink, large RV refrigerator and freezer and all utensils and cook/drink/dinnerware. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, plenty of storage and shower. The RV is equipped with AC and Heat. Other features include pull down privacy shades, nightstands, storage on each side of the bed and under nightstands, and has plenty of outlets including 4 USB powered outlets. There is a fire pit area with seating as well behind the RV to enjoy the evenings or just sit and stargaze. The Scott's Hill marina and Sailfish restaurant are a 5 minute walk down the street. Guest access Guest have a private seating area with fire pit behind the RV. Plentiful parking on site as well. Other things to note If you're staying 2 nights or more it may be necessary that the black and grey tanks will need emptied. This is done from outside the RV, but I will need access to the bathroom after this is done to do a quick cleaning of the black tank. Please do not flush wipes, feminine products or paper towels of any kind. This will result in a $150 additional fee if this is found in the clean out process after your stay as RV septic systems are very sensitive and costly to repair. We have not had to charge this as all of our guest have been very cautious with our septic system. We are the proud owners of a beautiful Dogo Argentino dog named Hank, a Blue and Gold Macaw, think Parrot, named Sato, and two kittens, Jack and Jimi.
