This listing is for the second floor upper residence with additional loft. A wonderful 2 bedroom place, large family room, dining room, kitchen, and copious patio spaces. This space has been regarded as the coolest, grooviest, swankiest space in the Madison area, and it was by design. We own Groovy Wood Studios, a mid century modern furniture restoration company and we specialize in high end stereo consoles and music entertainment. This hospitality thing is a natural progression as we host friends and families from around the world and welcome them to Madison. The second floor unit includes a loft and brings to the guests a great space to stay, to chill, to vibe. 2 Bedrooms and extra space for the extras as needed. Its by appointment as we are often at our other shop/warehouse/shipping dock 30 minutes away. You will be 1 block from a large city park, 3 blocks to the Capital City Bike Trail, 7 minutes to Interstates 90 & 94, 7 minutes to the Dane County Airport, and 12 minutes to the UW Campus and just 9 minutes to the State Capitol. Guest access You have access to the entire upper-level guest flat and loft and decks and front patio, and back yard fire pits. Other things to note Second flat level guests get use of the driveway and have their own private entrance. We will always have a high end high performance luxury authentic mid century modern stereo console available in our airbnb properties. The same with an eclectic collection of albums to listen to. We do change out the stereo console models from time to time as we do sell them in our gallery. Same as albums, they do rotate often. And we have plenty available for sale at our record store. Guest access Guests have access to the whole second floor apartment with their own private entrance, and also the loft above the second floor. Access to the decks out back, the porch out front and the fenced in yard behind the home, complete with the fire pits.
