ELA's garden Sessa Aurunca

The garden of ELA is a rural house located on the border with Lazio, in the municipality of Sessa Aurunca (CE), at the foot of Mount Massico and 5 km from the sea and Baia Domitia. A versatile place, suitable for both families and groups of friends, it allows you to enjoy a holiday in perfect tranquility away from the chaos of the coast, which can be reached in a short time. Alternatively, you can visit the great sites of historical/artistic interest in the area. (Royal Palace of Caserta, Pompeii and more). The space The house, which is located inside the Garden of ELA, is autonomous and independent. It consists of 4 beds, 1 bedroom with a double bed, a large living room with 1 double sofa bed, 1 bathroom, a storage room, a kitchen, an outdoor dining area, and a garden. The private garden is the ideal space for children and relaxation. The kitchen consists of a gas stove, refrigerator and is equipped with every utensil. Guests have a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, sink with mirror, hairdryer, Welcome Kit with soap and shower bath. There are also spaces for storing personal belongings. Sheets, blankets, and two sets of cotton towels are provided. However, we are available for other needs. External parking space on the property. Guest access The apartment will be for the exclusive use of guests. Guests can access the apartment independently, but we kindly ask you to inform us of your expected arrival time. Check-in must take place from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. while check-out by 12:00 p.m. Please do not smoke inside the house, but only in the outdoor spaces. Guests can use the outdoor barbecue area.
