Room 201) Master bedroom, queen size bed on 2nd floor for couple with wardrobe, garden view balcony in room bathroom and aircon. 3rd floor : Two bedrooms and one bathroom. Room 301) Master bedroom, king size bed on 3rd floor for couple with wardrobe, garden view balcony, sofa and aircon. Bathroom is close to the room. Room 302) Guest bedroom, queen size bed on 3rd floor for couple with wardrobe and aircon. Bathroom is close to the room. 1st floor : Living room with new aircon, restroom(no shower), Smart TV with Netflix, Oak wood dining table, parking lots and kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave, electric stove, kettle, washing machine, kitchen utensils. Guest access You are able to have a full access of common facilities and amenities, a garden for your utmost relaxation. Parking lots, 24-hours security and CCTV are in place. Other things to note As a house owner who accommodates foreign nationals on a temporary basis must notify the local immigration authorities within 24 hours from the time of arrival. So we need your help to provide the following information of all guests when you arrive the house so that I will be able to fill in the form and submit to immigration office.  1) Passport picture of all guests for capturing full name,nationality, passport no. and date of birth.
