In addition, it has easy access to BR 040 both towards Rio and towards Itaipava. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house described and photographed in the listing, the front garden, the swimming pool, the barbecue area, the entire front area of the house privately, with the exception of the space to store gardening equipment that is in the garden, office and laundry that will be locked. Access to the house is from the street, by car ramp, without stairs. It is an access only used by the guests of the house. The house is not shared. The house only receives one group at a time. Other things to note We do not recharge electric cars at the house, but there is a recharging point at POSTO REGENTE, at Rua Coronel Veiga 1278, near the house. The swimming pool isn't heated. During the week and on Sundays, any type of ambient sound in the house that is added to the environment by the guest is prohibited. On Saturdays, low, soft ambient sound is allowed from 12:00 p.m. (noon) to 7:00 p.m. SILENCE HOURS, every day, including weekends and holidays from 9 p.m. to 11 a.m. Sound, shouting, any kind of sound/noise, interaction that disrupts the rest and well-being of neighbors is prohibited.
