Off the hallway is the king bedroom and separate full bathroom with bathtub. Spacious mud/laundry room with beach chairs, umbrella and wagon available for use. Open loft area upstairs with arcade game, lounging area, 2 additional bedrooms and full bath with stand-up shower. The space Outside features a spacious deck in the front with picnic table and lounging furniture. Backyard with fire pit, chairs and cornhole. Guest access Guests have use of the entire property except locked owner's closets. Guests will access house through electronic keypad on side door. Unique passcode will be sent to guests prior to check-in. Other things to note Cleaning fee includes linens and bath towels. Additionally, a starter amount of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, laundry pods, dishwasher pods and coffee will be provided. These items will not be restocked during your stay. It will be the guests responsibility to purchase additional items if needed. Loud music, parties, and underage drinking are not permitted. Extra guests not allowed. Parking pass included for Ocean Pines Beach Club located on 49th Street in Ocean City. This provides free beach parking and access to restrooms and concessions. Daily pool passes available at an additional cost.
