With a balcony, living room with fireplace, kitchen, bedroom with queen size bed and workspace, plus an immersion bath hot tub. The space Casa Ninho has the essentials for a quiet stay at Sítio Passarim. It has good satellite internet (Starlink), a kitchen with a four-burner stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, clay filter and water from the mine, as well as essential kitchen items. A small living area with books and an iron fireplace makes cold days even more enjoyable. For an even more perfect stay, the accommodation offers a suite with a queen-size bed, a space for a home office, a hot tub made of white burnt cement for relaxing immersion baths and overlooking the mountains. Bed linen, blankets and towels are included. Just behind the house there is also a campfire area with chairs to enjoy the fresh air, sunny days and starry nights. Guest access The space is in the upper area of the site, access is via a concrete road to the open parking area that is right next to the accommodation. You can visit our nursery, greenhouse with organic vegetables and spices, campfire space, lake and trails. There is no external lighting on the property (on the trails and road).
