The house is located in a quiet residential area in Sitio, Nazare, just 10 minutes walk down to Praia do Norte and 10 minutes walk up to Sitio centre where there are cafes, restaurants and the Fenicular down to the South Beach. The famous Farol/Lighthouse is just 15 minutes walk away, so easy access to watch the BIG waves and surfers during the winter months and beaches during the summer months. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. The space This large, open plan 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house has balconies with sea views from 2 of the bedrooms (one double and 1 twin room), the third bedroom (double) has a large private roof terrace. All the bedrooms have wood, parquet floors and eco wall heaters. The upstairs bathroom has toilet, sink, bidet and large walk in shower. All bedrooms have built in cupboards. As you enter the house, there is a large office area. Along the corridor there is a full bathroom with sink, toilet and bath/shower leading to the open plan living/dining/kitchen space, which leads onto the decked garden area. The open plan living space has a large extendable pine dining table with 6 chairs, large L shaped sofa and coffee table, smart tv with satellite channels, plus a large pellet burner for use during the winter months. The unique kitchen area includes a 5 ringed gas cooker with oven, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, plus all you need to prepare meals. There is also a dryer available. on request. In the kitchen area there is moveable wooden island/breakfast bar with stools. Gas for hot water and cooking is from refillable gas bottles kept outside. The characterful garden, has 2 murals painted on the walls, one of one of the famous Nazare fishing boats and the other is of 2 sardines above the bbq. There is a table with 6 chairs, sail shades and a solar shower next to a 6 person, solid sided Jacuzzi. There is a self contained studio apartment in the basement with separate access. Guest access The main house, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms is accessed via the front door and garden. Access to the lower floor studio apartment is either by outside or inside steps. The space has recently been fully renovated. It contains a large king size bed, double sofa bed, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, spacious bathroom and dressing room area, work station with 5g. plus a smart tv. The garage is not available for use by guests. Other things to note After 12 years away from UK - we have decided, for a number of personal reasons, that it is time for Pam to return to support family. Mark will remain for now to maintain garden and jacuzxi and be on hand if there are any issues. There is free parking for 2 cars in front of the house. The house benefits from sun throughout the day. In the front till mid morning and in the back, which is south-west facing, from mid morning for the rest of the day. The jacuzzi and garden will be maintained by the owner who lives close by. for short stays up to a month the bills are all included included (fair usage) including internet, water, electric and 1 full gas bottle to start.
