The space Welcome to "El Toscal Sojourn", a unique and minimalist place renovated from scratch in 2022. The luxurious one-bedroom apartment is located in the perfect place to enjoy the city. Its central location in the neighborhood most modern neighborhood of Santa Cruz is ideal for doing everything you want in the city and on the island. The Sojourn is approximately 65 square meters plus rooftop access. The apartment is fully prepared for short and long stays for one or two people. It combines Scandinavian and Japanese furniture, some vintage pieces, a custom kitchen and bathroom, as well as contemporary art from Iceland, Berlin, and Tenerife. We were conscious of ecological philosophy when choosing the renovation and decoration. We were attentive to what could be saved, preserved, and restored, and the rest was built with oak, metal, and glass. The space offers everyday amenities such as a large closet, fiber optic WiFi internet, dimmable lights, Bluetooth speaker, books in English, German and Spanish, rooftop washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with a high quality espresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, stove, oven and refrigerator. What you won't find in the apartment is a TV, air conditioning, or microwave. You can relax on the roof during the day or night, as we equip it with straw mats, cushions, a small bamboo table, and a large umbrella.
