The BBQ area will be closed from 30 April between 7am - 3pm, Monday to Friday. FAQS These are answers to some of the frequently asked questions we receive: 1. Are they actual photos of your apartment? YES! Of Course! We take a lot of pride in our apartment and the photos are of the exact apartment! 2. How will I get the keys? Our office is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. We handle key exchange (including after hours) and are always on call. Details of the office will be provided after a booking is made. 3. Do I get access to the resort amenities? Of course - you have full access to the resort facilities but please do not go to the onsite reception desk for anything throughout your stay. You are booking this exact private apartment it is not managed via the front desk in any way. 4. Which level is the apartment on? Level 29 - accessed via superfast elevators 5. Can I request an additional bed/ what bedding will be provided if I book for 5pax? YES - an additional bed can be provided If you book for 5 guests. The additional bed is a "Euro Bed" which is a high quality self inflating mattress which sits approx. 40cm off the ground.
