Private bedroom w/ queen bed, loft workspace, and half bath. Entry is through a door inside our home. The full shower is in the shared first-floor bathroom. We live downstairs with our 5-year-old and two friendly cats (cats are not allowed upstairs). Guests are welcome to use the main living areas or enjoy the upstairs as a quiet retreat. Keurig and Nespresso machines in kitchen. Located about ½ mile from Colgate's Athletic Facilities and a 20-minute walk to Colgate University Memorial Chapel. The space Our home is located within the Village of Hamilton, close the Colgate University and we often walk to the center of town or to Colgate, especially when parking can be difficult. We live next to a working angus farm and can often see cows and calves in the spring in the fenced area that boarders our back yard. I work at Colgate and my husband (crop farmer) was born and raised in Hamilton, so we are available if you need directions. Please feel free to come and go as if it was your own home. Will message you a code to the front door before arrival. We do have 2 ring cameras at both entries but that is just for added security since we live on a busy road, very close to the college. Other things to note Entry to the space is through the main house. You are welcome to use the Kitchen, living areas, outside.
