The neighborhood of Shock Hill sits between the middle of Main Street Breckenridge and the base of the ski area (Peaks 7 and 8) and is one of the most convenient and preferred locations to stay in all of Breckenridge. The gondola runs right through the neighborhood taking you to and from the ski area base and down to the middle of Main Street. This is one of the newest additions to Shock Hill and one of the closest houses to the mid point gondola station. Even within the Shock Hill neighborhood, this is one of the best possible locations! Please note: The Breckenridge Gondola opens for the Winter season right around November 8th every year and operates daily from 7:45am to 5:30pm during winter months. The gondola does also not run end of April to mid June during moose calving season. The gondola reopens mid June and runs through Labor Day weekend. The hours of operation during the summer are 10am to 5pm. The gondola is free to ride for everyone. You do not need a pass. Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. If the ski area shuts down or a public health order prevents us from hosting you during your reserved time, you will be eligible for a full refund or will be able to reschedule.
