2 bedrooms (children's bed + travel bed), 1 living room, child-friendly (lots of games), international guests are very welcome!!! Only 3 min. to Mexikoplatz: cafés + restaurants, direct S-Bahn connection to the city center of Berlin + only about 10-15 min. to the Schlachtensee which invites you to go bathing or to nice walks. The apartment is situated in a one family house (1st floor); access is through the joint entrance. Behind the house is a small garden + terrace (BBQ, garden furniture). The space The bedrooms are equipped with beds, wardrobes, tables and chairs. Towels and clothes hangers are available. In the bathroom you will find a shower as well as a bath tub. A hair dryer is available. In the living room you will find a huge sofa, chairs and an eating area, tv. The kitchen is fully equipped. Fridge with freezing compartment, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, induction cooker, oven. In the store-room you will find an extra freezer, iron board, iron, laundry basket and laundry rack. Guest access You have access to the whole upper floor and to the garden behind the house. Other things to note We have the same entrance into the house and you also walk a few meters through our corridor, but you live separately from us and you can of course lock the door from your apartment from the inside.
