Guest suite in Encinitas

Large, private guest suite on 4 acres in the exclusive Olivenhain neighborhood of Encinitas. Enjoy a huge 45-foot pool, spa, playground, trampoline, and two natural creeks with fish and small waterfalls - all in the yard! Plus the property is connected to miles of walking, hiking, biking, and horse trails. Only a 15-minute drive to the beach. The guest suite is attached to the main house where I live and the huge (4.5 acres) yard is shared but there is plenty of space and privacy. The space The guest suite is a large bedroom (14' x 25') on the first floor of the house. More than 400 sq ft in total with a high 12' vaulted ceiling. The guest suite has a private entrance and it is separate from the rest of the house. You will not have access to any other part of the inside of the house during your visit and your space will be entirely yours. Guest room furnishings include: - Super comfy California king bed - Sofa bed with a full-size mattress that is great for kids or small adults - 70" TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime - High-speed Wifi (400 mbps) - Shared laundry room with new (2021) washer and dryer The yard and surrounding area is really fun for both kids and adults. You will find: - Very large pool with 9' deep end and jumping rock - 8' round hot tub - Two creeks and small waterfalls with fish and other critters - Gas fire pit - Kids playground (monkey bars, slide, swings) - Tire swing - Patio area - regulation half-court basketball court hoop; hoop height can be adjust from 7' to 10' Guest access You will be able to access guest suite with private bathroom, laundry room (how the guest suite is entered from the outside) and yard. Other things to note I'm a single Dad that lives here alone with my kids 50% of the time and I only have guests when my kids are not here. So I may be home but my kids will not be here during your stay. The home is very large (more than 4,700 square feet) and my space is entirely separate from yours, and there is PLENTY of space in the yard to accommodate everyone. Spa heating is including. Spa use and heating is included with your rental and can be used year round. The pool is not heated during colder months. Coyotes and wildlife. The property is 4.5 acres with two creeks and borders a lot of open land. There are lots of animals around – coyotes, deer, rabbits, snakes, fish, frogs, egrets, herons, hawks, etc. We rarely see snakes but they are out there too so use caution. We frequently see coyotes, so if you have a little or even medium-sized dog you do need to watch them in the yard or keep them on a leash. Multiple Listings.
