This is a non-smoking complex. The space The master bedroom (king bed) is complete with a walk in robe and ensuited bathroom, the bedroom opens up to the wonderful sea breezes and views, bedroom two has a queen bed and bedroom three provides two singles, both bedrooms have built in robes and have access to a second bathroom. The kitchen has all of the modern appliances, the dining room has a dining table and seating for six, the living area provides modern lounge seating and large screen TV. The apartment has a great grassed area and porch that provides seating and dining options whilst taking in the great views of the Pacific Ocean, City Skyline and Hinterland, your views go as far as the eye can see. This is a non-smoking apartment. Guest access The complex facilities include lush tropical gardens that run through the entire complex, there are three styled pools including the family Lagoon Pool with separate kids area with sand and Rock Spa, Heated Rock Pool and the Infinity Pool and Heated Spa which offers the best views the Gold Coast has to offer. There is a fully equipped gym, new sauna, BBQ Area all amongst a secured gated complex. Not suitable for clients with mobility issues. Other things to note Please note the property is not suited to wheelchairs or those with mobility issues. This is a non-smoking complex. Please be advised that City of Gold Coast (Council) has advised that our Infinity Pool (one of our three pools) will be closed from Monday 27 October as part of their works at Lions Head Park. Due to site conditions and safety requirements of the works, the Infinity Pool will be temporarily closed and unavailable for use from Monday 27 October through to early to mid-December 2025. It is expected that the Infinity pool will reopen for the busy holiday season and then will be closed again in mid-January 2026 through to the conclusion of works. Unfortunately, we have not control of the Council works.
