Pool Access: Tuesday - Sunday between 9:00am - 9:00pm ✪ For Long Term Staycation of At least three (3) days or more, Cleaning and changes of Linens will be allowed at cost upon request depending on number of days of booking. Kindly notify us at least one (1) day in advance. Changes of Linens will be scheduled between 12:00nn-3:00pm. ✪ Upon booking with us, we will be asking the following personal information: ✤ Date of Birth: For the purpose of setting up the lock box password ✤ Names of Guests: For the purpose of letting the Cambridge Admin that you will be our guest on your staycation date. __________________________ ✪✪✪ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ✪✪✪ ✤ Q: Where are you located? ✤ A: We are located at 'One Cornell Building, Cambridge Village, East Bank Road, San Andres, Cainta, Rizal', Unit number will only be disclosed after confirmed booking with us. ✤ Q: Do you have free parking? ✤ A: No we do not. You'll have to park at Cambridge Pay Parking with P10.00 per hour parking rate. Kindly ask direction to Cambridge Personnel if needed. Road rules and regulation within Cambridge premises is being strictly implemented. Please read our house rules for your reference. ✤ Q: Does the pool access is included in the package? ✤ A: Pool access is Optional. Its availability is EVERYDAY EXCEPT MONDAY between the hours of 9:00am - 9:00pm, Can avail pool access by up to 10 pax, but only 5 pax maximum per schedule. POOL ACCESS POLICY: Schedule: 10:00am - 1:00pm 2:00pm - 5:00pm 6:00pm - 9:00pm For Example: 10 pax wants to access the pool area. 5 pax for 2:00pm - 5:00pm schedule. 5 pax for 6:00pm - 9:00pm schedule. Note: Please bring your own towel and essential if planning to take a shower in our unit or accessing pool area. Alternatively, you may also rent towels and essentials to us. ✤ Q: Can we request for an additional bed for other guests? ✤ A: We do not provide additional bed. We only have 3 double-size bed mattress in the bedroom and 1 double-size airbed mattress that you can setup and use in the living room at your discretion. However, if you still wish to have an additional bed, you may bring your own airbed or folding bed with you and you can place it in the dining area. ✤ Q: Does smoking inside the premises allowed? ✤ A: Vaping is the only thing that we allowed, Smoking e-cigarettes or cigarettes will not and never be allowed inside the unit. Failure to comply will be penalized amounting P15,000.00. ✤ Q: Do you charge for additional person to stay? ✤ A: No, we do not. Our Base price is fixed regardless of how many persons are planning to stay in our unit but of course, we highly encourage not to exceed the person to twelve (12) as it may become uncomfortable on your part during your staycation and our unit is a loft-type with only forty square meters (40 sq.m.). Guest access You can use any space inside the premise except for the storage room under the stairs and hanging storage in the bathroom. Other things to note HOUSE RULES Before you settle in, I would like to make you familiar with a few of the most important house rules at our vacation rental. Please take a minute to read each of the rules carefully to avoid possible injury or penalties during your Staycation. 1. Keep the place clean at all times. Before your check-out make sure that there’s no unwashed kitchen utensils and there’s no leftover foods inside the refrigerator. All of your garbage should be placed in the trash bin. Failure to comply will be penalized by up to ₱2,000.00. 2. Keep the lights on the bathroom off at all times when not in use or at least make sure that the heater is turned off when not in use. 3. During and before your check-out, make sure that all electronic appliances except the refrigerator are turned off when not in use or else you will be penalized by up to ₱1,000.00. 4. When accessing pool amenities, please make sure to bring your towel and wear proper swimming attire and make sure you are dry before entering the unit. Cambridge doesn’t have a lifeguard for their pool, so for 12 years old and below age, must be accompanied by an adult before using the pool as Cambridge and we, the owner of the condo hotel will not be responsible for any accident that may occur inside Cambridge Premises. 5. Keep the all windows and front door closed at all times specially when using karaoke or watching the television on high volume or else, you will be penalized amounting ₱2,000.00. 6. You’re welcome to use the electric appliances and kitchen utensils but make sure to use it properly and safely. 7. Vaping is allowed except smoking cigarette anywhere inside the property. You may only smoke cigarette outside downstairs in the designated smoking area. Failure to do so will be penalized amounting ₱15,000.00. 8. Make sure that your vehicle is not parked anywhere in the road of Cambridge Village as you will be penalized by the Cambridge Admin for illegal parking. Any vehicular violation during your stay will billed to the guest. 9. We do not have free motorcycle/car parking. For motorcycle or car parking, you have to park at the Cambridge Pay Parking with P10.00 per hour parking rate. 10. There is a trash bin under the kitchen and in the bathroom where you can dispose of any garbage. 11. Karaoke can be used anytime during your staycation except quiet hours which is between 10:00pm and 7:00am to ensure our neighbors can enjoy a night of undisturbed sleep. Failure to comply will be penalized amounting P5,000.00. 12. If any neighbors report excessive noise, you will be penalized amounting P3,000.00 and your Vacation rental agreement could be terminated and you’ll be asked to leave our property. Should this happen, it will result in a loss of the rental amount. 13. Maximum number of guest is ten (12). Visitors are allowed until 9:00pm only. Airbed will be provided if anyone wants to sleep in the living room or kitchen. 14. It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure that all guests also comply with our House Rules. In any event that there will be parties, events or small gathering that will be happen inside the premise, it will be allowed as long as you comply with the rules regarding noise. 15. Before your check-out, you can put the keys back into the security key storage at the front door. Failure to return the premise-key before the check-out will be penalized amounting ₱2,000.00. 16. Children should at all times be supervised at our property by adults. 17. In case you misplace a personal belonging, please contact us so that we keep an eye open when we prepare the property for the next guests. 18. Pets are not allowed inside the premise, failure to do so will be penalized amounting P10,000.00. 19. Please do not try to flush any sanitary products or baby wipes down the toilet. We have provided trash cans for this in both bathrooms. Failure to comply will be penalized depending on the damage caused. 20. In the event that damage to the property or its contents has occurred, the cost of repair or replacement will be billed to the guests depending on the damage caused. 21. Management will not be liable for any accidents, damages or loss of property. 22. We reserve the right to evict any guest or visitor who fails to adhere to our House Rules.
