Bachelor. Enjoy the Deschutes river trail with direct access behind the condo. Located near dog parks, mountain bike trails, hiking trails, and minutes from Bend for great shopping, brew pubs, and variety of restaurants. Everything is here for Central Oregon fun! Snow boarding and Snow skiing at nearby Mt Bachelor resort. This cozy condo sleeps 4 comfortably with queen in bedroom, queen Murphy in living room (Tempur-Pedic mattress), and full bathroom with separate sink area. Kitchen has microwave, retro oven/stove, mini-fridge, and island countertop seating for 4. The living room has electric fireplace, TV, and beautiful window views of the forest. Hard-flooring through-out the condo. Back patio leads to hiking trails down to Deschutes river. - PETS: the condo is pet friendly subject to a pet fee. Please let us know your dogs temperament in your request (please no aggressive dogs). Pets must remain on leash while at the resort and not left unattended in the condo. Ask us about the many trails and close by areas that allow off-leash pets. - POOL ACCESS: the resort pools are heated and open all year round. 4 pool bracelets come with the condo for pool access along with your key card. Beach towels are provided with the condo for use in the pool area; please return them to the condo after use. The resort does not provide towels for AirBNB customers. IF BY UNFORTUNATE CHANCE THE POOLS ARE CLOSED FOR ANY REASON THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OR CANCELLATION. Please be careful to not misplace the pink wristbands; the resort charges $25 for replacement bands.
