FULLY EQUIPPED and a few minutes away from major freeways (605, 105, and 5), major attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants. 13 miles- Disneyland & the beach (Long Beach) 8 miles- Knott's Berry Farm 15 miles- Anaheim Convention Center 15 miles- Long Beach Convention Center 18 miles- SoFi Stadium 19 miles- Downtown LA 29 miles- Universal Studios 9 miles- Long Beach Airport 21 miles- LAX 25 miles- John Wayne Airport The space For your accommodation, we provide: -An alkaline reverse osmosis (alkaline drinking water). -A 65 inch TV in living room and a 55 inch TV in Bedroom 1. -Coffee pods, tea, sugar, creamer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and dish soap. -Olive Oil, salt, pepper, and selected spices. *We have 5 visible actively recording cameras in the front of the house. One is is in the very front of the house, another on the side of the house, one in front of the garage, one floodlight camera next to the garage, and a doorbell camera next to the front door. *The second bathroom is located in the backyard next to the BBQ grill. *Back house & garage are occupied with separate entryway and yard. No shared spaces. Guest access Garage is locked and unavailable for usage. Other things to note 2 hour early check-in may be available for an additional $25. Trash days are on Thursdays. Street sweeper passes on Fridays. Gardener mows the lawn on Saturdays.
