The space The space This modern apartment is set on the first floor of a recently built 3 story apartment block, with a communal entrance and gardens, offering privacy and peace. We will not be at the house during your stay, so you will have the entire apartment to yourself. We have created the space to be a calm & stylish setting for modern life... Living area: The large open plan living area is light and airy with a beautiful, modern design and lovely finishing touches. Featuring a modern, high spec kitchen and dining area with high quality appliances and dining table with benches/chairs to seat up to 6. The kitchen is fully stocked with all that you need to have a very comfortable stay including a fully integrated kitchen with all appliances, Smeg Kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and additional George Foreman Gril. The seating area offers a comfy L-shaped 3 seater sofa and armchair with a large TV including Netflix and Prime. Balcony: The living area opens out to a private balcony with views across the town and the River Wandle. You will also have access to the communal garden which is shared with the other 24 flats. Bedrooms: The master bedroom is light and airy, with a super comfy king-size bed and luxurious linen, making for a relaxing nights sleep. There is an ensuite bathroom off the bedroom, complete with rainfall shower, underfloor heating and heated towel rail. The second bedroom is currently being used as a functional space, with home office facilities (desk & office chair) & comfortable sofa bed that can be that turned down into small double size bed. Family Bathroom: One family style bathroom consisting of bathtub with overhead rain shower. Underfloor heating & heated towel rail. Other facilities: Spacious hallway entrance Utility cupboard complete with washer/dryer, iron, ironing board and hoover. Double wardrobe space Guest access Our apartment is on the 1st floor, with lift access. We’re a 5 minute walk to Earlsfield train station which has a 13 minute direct train into Waterloo. Other nearby tube stations include Wimbledon Park (15 minute walk) and Southfields (20 minute walk) on the District line and Tooting Broadway on the Northern Iine is a short cyle or bus ride away. There are two local supermarkets 5 mins walk away, Sainsburys local and Tesco Express (open from 7am-11pm) plus local coffee shops, bakers, delis and restaurants on the high street (5 min walk). Other things to note Check in: We're flexible with check in/check out times, however, we do need to consider housekeeping and laundry between guests so the official check in time is 15:00 and check out at 11:00. We just want to make sure that everything is of the highest standard for you, and to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Parking: There is no option for parking outside the apartment, however pay & display parking is available on the surrounding residential streets Monday - Saturday.
