Multi-Family Mountain Getaway

This 4-plex is perfect for multi-families looking for a mountain getaway! Centrally located in the heart of Shaver Lake, you are walking distance to all of the shops, restaurants, and even the lake! This property offers four separate units that all include a bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. The entire property can sleep a total of 14 guests. There is also a large outdoor space that includes two firepits, multiple charcoal BBQ's, a picnic table, and a large deck. The space Miners Suite: This newly remodeled suite sits on the second floor and is the largest of the four. It includes 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, dining room with a table that seats 6, full size kitchen, and a spacious living room with leather couch and recliner. Hawks Nest: This upstairs suite includes a full size kitchen, dining table that seats two, and a bar top with two stools. The bedroom has a King size bed that sits near the wood burning stove making it the coziest in the winter. A large wall-to-wall window and skylights flood the suite with natural light and gives some amazing views of the pine trees. There is also an optional full size sofa bed, if you need to sleep more than two people. The bathroom has a very spacious layout including a walk in shower and full size mirror. Fox Den: This modern suite has a studio like layout offering a Queen size bed, desk space, well equipped kitchen (with mini fridge), and a bathroom with a walk in shower. The sliding glass door from the bedroom brings great views and walks out onto the patio. Bear Cave: This suite is the most unique as half of the unit sits underground and has a giant granite rock coming out of the side of the bedroom wall! There is a queen size bed, full size living room with brand new couches, and a bathroom with a walk in shower. Two steps up into the full size kitchen and dining area with a corner booth and table. Each kitchen is fully stocked with all of the dishes and cooking supplies you may need during your stay. We also have each room equipped with a flat screen TV that has a Roku device connected so you can stream all of your favorite movies and TV shows! The outdoor amenities are spectacular! There are two separate firepit areas that offer a bar top, charcoal BBQs, and plenty of chairs for your friends and family to sprawl out and enjoy the fresh mountain air. There is also a large deck that can serve as an outdoor dining area that has a picnic table and another charcoal BBQ. During winter months, the space around the outside of the property is perfect for playing in the snow! Other things to note **Always be careful when walking around the property, the deck can be slippery depending on what type of shoes you wear.
