This cozy space is perfect for your getaway to Hershey. It is great for both families or a couples trip. We are located minutes from Hersheypark, Chocolate World, Downtown Hershey attractions/restaurants, Shank Park, and The Hershey Outlets. Brand new furniture and appliances. You can relax and enjoy nature with our outdoor seating area. This house includes everything you will need for a great stay! This 1,400 sq ft house was built in 1886 and has original hard wood floors. There are 3 bedrooms that include 1 queen bed and 3 single beds. There is 1.5 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with all kitchen essentials to make cooking very easy. Note: there is no dishwasher, but we do include a dish rack, soap and sponge. You will have coffee and treats waiting for you as well. There is a new washer and dryer, with Tide pods included. The outdoor seating area is a peaceful place to drink your morning coffee or grill on the brand new gas grill. The driveway is located right next to the house. The driveway is currently stone, so it might not be ideal if you have issues with balance. Also, please note that this house may not be suitable for infants who are crawling. The stairs are narrow and the floors are original hardwood and sometimes uneven. If you enjoy character and a quaint house, this is the place for you! You have full access to this property. No one else will be living on the property during your stay. I live 10 minutes away and work 5 minutes away, so I am available as needed. I am quick to respond to questions as well. Quiet neighborhood, with cars passing by at times. Parking area for 3 cars available right next to house. We suggest that you pack sandals or Crocks to wear inside the house. Since this house has original hardwood floors, they are not smooth when walking barefoot. This house is typically quiet, but you might hear cars pass by during heavy traffic times on weekdays. The Wifi has a strong signal and the TV can sign into any streaming service account. This is a no smoking or pet property.
