The property sits behind a large steel fence providing complete privacy from the road. The house is single-story and wheelchair accessible (one 8-inch step to porch). Guest access The property is a full 2 acres and guests are allowed access to the entire property to explore the many native Joshua trees, cacti, and other native flora on the property. The cabin has a couple steps to the porch and another couple steps from the porch to get inside. The house has only about an 8 inch step from the driveway to the porch and threshold to get in the house of only an inch. The house is very friendly for those with trouble walking or in a wheelchair.
