We are located on Sugar Mountain and only .3 miles to the resort and 3 miles from downtown Banner Elk. That means you can be skiing, tubing, ice skating, playing tennis, or golf within minutes. We offer 3 spacious bedrooms(1 via Loft) and 2 decks for you to enjoy the sights and sounds of the stream below. With access to 25 restaurants within 5 miles you are sure to maximize your time exploring the beautiful high country at our home, on our (2) decks, or soaking in the hot tub. The space This property offers a spacious living room with a wood burning fireplace and flat screen TV as well as nice cozy furnishings. The dining area offers enough room for 6 at the table. The kitchen offers an oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. If you’d like to enjoy your meal or drink outside, there is a deck right off the dining room that provides a table and chairs for 4. We furnish plates(kids and adults), glassware, pots/pans, coffee maker(Keurig and Drip) and utensils to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The master bedroom is located on the main level and includes a king log bed, a smart TV, and a full bath with a tub. There is also a private deck located off the bedroom that allows you to open the doors and listen to the flowing stream while you sleep. There is a dedicated office/reading room off the master as well that provides a pocket door to be closed for privacy and fiber internet. Enjoy the wrap around windows while you read or get some work done. Bedrooms 2 is located on the main floor and offers a Queen log bed and a smart TV. There is also direct access to a full bathroom with a stand up shower. Bedroom 3 is located up a spiral staircase in the loft. There is an additional seating area in the loft as well as a smart TV. You can access the lower level via a spiral staircase that takes you to the Foosball table, washer/dryer, and direct access to the Hot Tub. Just because you are in the mountains doesn’t mean you have to be far away from everything. Our home offers 25 restaurants within 5 miles and 2 grocery stores within 3 miles. If you are looking for Wineries or Breweries they are available minutes away. When it's time to head to town, you will be 3 miles to Downtown Banner Elk, 9 miles to Beech Mountain, and 15 miles to downtown Boone and Blowing Rock! Activities are endless for children and adults alike. From this house you can be skiing, ice skating, tubing, playing tennis, or golf within minutes.
