This 1930's farmhouse sits on a quiet corner lot in Fredericksburg. Thoughtfully renovated, with all new bathrooms, this 1575 square foot house has plenty of room for everyone. Outside areas provide more space to enjoy. A short walk to Main Street and all it has to offer but removed from the hustle and bustle. The ideal place to gather with family and friends, to unwind, and to enjoy our community and all Fredericksburg and the surrounding area has to offer. A perfect home away from home! The space Dove Cottage has 4 bedrooms plus a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 full baths, laundry room and 2 outside gathering areas. Kitchen has all the spices you need to cook away from home plus plenty of pots, pans, dishes, flatware and coffee cups. The guesthouse is spacious and comfortable. Guest access Guests have use of the entire house and yard. Other things to note We welcome children of all ages though the guesthouse is not "baby proof". By city ordinance, there are noise decibel monitors on the premises. They do not record audio.
