Summertime Suite

Welcome to my Summertime Suite. The suite is a newly renovated, basement apartment with a separate entrance and parking provided. The suite is perfect for single travellers, couples, students, or workers who want to explore Eastern PEI. The suite is a 10 minute drive from the Brudenell and Dundarave golf courses, 20 minutes from provincial beaches and the ferry and a 30 minute drive to the capitol city of Charlottetown. Come and explore our beautiful island. I can’t wait to meet you! The space The suite hosts a queen sized bed and a futon that converts to a single bed if necessary. There is a functional kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster to make yourself at home. Small pets are welcome but the space would not be suitable for larger animals. I’ve updated my policy to no longer allow for last minute bookings, or for groups larger than two as it’s not a large space. Sorry for any inconvenience. Guest access Entry is through the private side door entrance with a lockbox key. The apartment is located at the bottom of the stairs on the right. Once you’re in, it’s all yours. Other things to note Guests must be physically able to walk down a flight of stairs to access the apartment. My family and I live upstairs. We are generally quiet but you may be able to hear us from time to time. My son and his father occasionally work on vehicles in the garage during the day which could generate some additional noise. This is a non-smoking suite. If you need to receive mail during your stay, please use the mailing address P.O. Box 74, Montague, PE C0A 1R0. Also, please make me aware that you’re expecting mail so I do not think it came to me in error. The laundry is located in the room next to the Airbnb.
