Sleep watching the stars and moon from bed, walk in shower and deep soaking tub with limitless hot water. The space The property sits on 12 acres with no neighbors in sight all around. This is a living space over an unused stable. The swim spa hot tub is surrounded on three sides by the 42 inch high masonry walls as seen in the photos. You have complete privacy on the second level with no neighbors in the line of sight. Guest access You will arrive to the property and drive up a horse shoe shaped driveway and you will park in the parking area next to the stable and shop. There is a stair case next to the double metal shop doors that leads to your private enclave as shown in the photos on the second level. The living space and huge patio are private space for your use alone. Other things to note We get alot of snow . It can snow as early as October and snow as late as May! We do have a service to plow once it gets to a few inches . They service many homes so it will not be instant service. We recommend four wheel drive or all wheel drive. We also recommend that you have good tread on your tires. It is a county road that is dirt and gravel that leads to the property as is the driveway leading to the house. There are high winds at times and that can kick up dust and once the dust is airborne it settles on surfaces.
