Garden available The space Eden has: - an equipped kitchen - a living room area with sofa - an independent bedroom with a 140*200 bed - a second bedroom with 2 beds 80*200 that can be combined to form a bed 160*200 - a bathroom with a shower, double sink - toilet It is located above the "La Jolie Pause" tea room. It is fully equipped with coffee maker, microwave, toaster, vacuum cleaner, kettle, TV, washing machine, clothes rack, iron, 4-burner gas stove, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and all utensils. - free Wi-Fi connection (fiber optic) - bike storage on request - crib and baby chair free of charge on request Additional fees possible depending on the option taken: - Extra linens and towels for 20 euros/bed (you can bring your sheets if you prefer, bed dimensions 140*200 and pillows 60*60; 2 single beds 80*200 that can form a double bed 160*200, the duvets have a dimension of 220*240 for the double beds, then a dimension of 200*200 for the two single beds, with two additional duvets of dimension of 140*200 for the single beds as well). - REMINDER: Towels and sheets are not provided, rentals are possible on request at the price indicated Guest access The accommodation is located above a tea room that closes at 7pm. You will have exclusive use of the accommodation, with independent access via an external staircase. You will have a private enclosed garden, sunny, not overlooked, for the 3 accommodations, which is equipped with garden furniture.
