Cozy Cape in the heart of Stowe

This Cozy Cape is nestled in the heart of Stowe. The house is clean, light and airy and would be ideal for one or two families or a group of friends. The house is tucked into a neighborhood full of shops, restaurants and the Stowe Cinema, yet still has a fair amount of privacy. The Stowe Recreational Path is easily accessed below the property and once on it, it is a quick walk downtown. Come winter, renters can catch the shuttle up to the mountain just past the end of the driveway. The space The house is just under 2000 square feet. There are two bedrooms on the first floor that share a full bath; one has a king size bed the other, twin bunks. Upstairs there are two bedrooms that also share a full bathroom; one with a queen bed and the other with a king. There is a patio out back with a grill and large table to enjoy the summer nights as well as a fire pit and chairs. Guest access First and second floors will be accessible to renters. Other things to note We do allow some dogs *UPON APPROVAL ONLY* at this house. We do not however, allow small non-hypoallergenic dogs. If you are interested in bringing your pet, please email us what kind of dog you have. Renter must also agree to our pet rules listed below. We will require a picture of your pet before booking. Please be advised that we do not allow more than 2 dogs at a time. * If pets are found at the house without approval, this will result in immediate cancellation of your rental without refund. 1. Renter agrees to pay a $500 refundable Pet Deposit at the time of booking. 2. Renter agrees to pay a $50 per pet fee at the time of booking. This fee covers the extra cleaning after a dog has been in the house. 3. Renter agrees to keep their dog off of the furniture. This include all furniture in the living room and all of the beds. If any pet hair is found on bedding or the furniture, your Pet Deposit will not be refunded. 4. Renter agrees to pick up all pet droppings around the yard. 5. Renter agrees that all pet droppings will be disposed of properly in the outside trash bins. These trash bins must be lined first with bags before any pet dropping bags are placed into them. If not, renter will be charged the amount of $30 per hour for someone to clean up. 6. Renter agrees that their dog will be well managed inside and outside of the house during the stay.
