The private space is made of a large bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom and a balcony. The bedroom has a double bed and in a mezzanine the is a second double bed. The bedroom and the kitchen have beautiful sea views. The Villa has a large garden, with an above ground swimming pool , several tables, deck chairs, resting areas. Other things to note The place is extremely quiet so it is important to avoid any loud noise. A municipality tax is due according to local regulations. It is 1,5€ per person per day.
