Relax in our a unique and tranquil getaway. Our condo has two bedrooms and two baths. We are located directly on Tampa Bay. You will have a water view from most of the rooms in the condo. There is a community pool, sandy white beach, fishing docks on the canal side , and fishing docks and stairs that lead into the water on the bay side of the community. On the peninsula we have two restaurants, and private fishing charters within walking distance. You can rent boats, kayaks, and paddle boards. The space This may the best view on Tampa Bay. You look out at Tampa Bay seeing the Skyway bridge and Sunset over St. Petersburg skyline. The unit is has two bedrooms which include sheets, blankets, and pillows. The two bathrooms include towels, wash clothes, and beginning toilet tissue and hand washing soap. The kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, pots, pans, plates, glasses, cups, silverware, microwave, oven/stove, and refrigerator. The Living room has brand new Lazy boy furniture. Guest access The guest have access to the Bahia Dels Sol Property which include the condo, fishing decks on the canal side, community pool, and Tampa Bay stair and fishing dock. The local community of Little Harbor offers two restaurants, white sandy beaches, and private fishing charters for an additional charge within walking distance. You can rent boats, jet skis, kayaks, and paddle boards. Other things to note This unit is for rent during the winter months of January, February, and March. This is a monthly rental only. No party on the property at anytime. Max number of guest in the unit at anytime is 4. All guest must be listed. No smokers allowed. No pets. Guest can not bring and store on the property kayaks, jet skis, or boats.
