Spacious Guesthouse with Pool and Parking

Relax in our spacious, private guesthouse with a solar-heated pool, private garage with parking for 2 cars, and self check-in — just 10 minutes from Adelaide CBD. Perfect for short stays, family getaways, city visits, weddings, and trips to the Adelaide Hills or Mclaren Vale wine regions. Our space is relaxing and luxurious with a fully equipped kitchen, Netflix, high speed wifi and comfy beds. You will have everything you need. We live in the main house so we are nearby to help with anything. The space We have a spacious granny flat extension with a private entrance through the garage, secure parking and a large solar heated pool. Enter through our wide sliding door to our newly renovated kitchen, fully equipped with a comfy breakfast bar to enjoy your morning coffee at with our Lavazza coffee pod machine. We have a large airy living room with a dining table for family board games or a romantic dinner. On the other side of the room is a cosy Koala sofa bed with soft high quality linen. This can be a lovely place to relax and watch a movie or can fold out into a queen size bed for extra guests. We provide a Netflix and Disney + account for all guests and have set up the free to air ABC and SBS channels for you as well so you don't have to faff around with log ins when you arrive! To the right of the kitchen is the main bedroom with a walk in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom (with heat lamps and high pressure shower) and a large desk looking out at the pool and garden. Hopefully you won't be working during your stay but if you are, this is not a bad spot for it! You'll have an incredibly comfortable and luxurious nights sleep on our premium koala pillows and mattress. Our linens are high quality, natural fibres from Koala and Pure Zone (either bamboo, cotton, or tencel) and we only use eco friendly detergents. There is a middle bathroom that has spare towels, toilet paper and anything you might need in the cupboard. Down the hall is our second bedroom which has a comfy King Single bed and a built in wardrobe and ample cupboard space. Outside is our shared garden and pool area. The pool is solar heated and lovely to swim in for a large portion of the year. We also have an outdoor BBQ which you are welcome to use. We invest in making your stay as environmentally friendly as possible and take great care to supply well sourced hand soaps, shampoos, compostable bin bags and other supplies. Guest access Your entrance will be via the Garage door. Please feel free to park your car inside, we will keep the drive free for the duration of your stay. The Garage is equipped with sensor lights, so don't worry if you get home late and it's dark! When you enter the back yard you will see our lovely pool and your guesthouse opposite. We live in the main house which is to your left as you walk in with the big sliding doors to the back deck. Feel free to use any furniture in the back yard, this is your space and we will try to leave the whole back yard for you to use privately for your stay, you might just see us every now and again watering the plants or cleaning the pool. Other things to note Maisie and Errol are avid travellers who have spent years abroad galavanting the globe. We would love to give you any advice on where to visit and what to do in our home town so please feel free to have a chat or message us anytime. We also know the importance of privacy when you are on holiday or on a work trip and will respect yours. Maisie works in Film and TV and Errol manages a restaurant in Adelaide, we both have slightly odd hours of work so you probably won't bump into us very often, however, we will always be available if you need us so feel free to message or call us any time.
