Abbey Water Rooms

Abbey Water Rooms, in the heart of Romsey, overlooks a tributary of the River Test and has views towards Romsey Abbey. Shops, cafes and local attractions are within 2 minutes walk. In a self contained annexe the accommodation consists of: Ground floor- sitting room or 2nd bedroom ( Queen bed) and shower room. First floor - staircase to small landing with kitchenette and basin, main bedroom (King bed) and Smart TV. Tea, coffee and cereal is included and there is off road parking. The space The annexe is suitable for a couple and/or up to a family of four. The sitting room becomes the second bedroom (Queen size bed comes down from the wall and is suitable for children or one adult.) There is also a single mattress available on request. Guest access Guests enter from a side patio through the main conservatory to their private lockable door to the annexe. Guests have the private use of the patio which has a table and two chairs.
