The space Quiet, welcoming and very well ventilated (with the windows open). It has: - veranda; - living room; - kitchenette; - 1 bedroom; - 1 bathroom. House furnished with: - double sofa bed; - smart TV with open channels, Netflix and Globo Play; - 3 single beds, being an auxiliary (bed and bath linen not included); - air conditioning in the bedroom and a fan in the living room; - closets; - table with chairs (on the balcony); - full kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, basic dishes). Guest access 24-hour check-in, performed by condominium staff. The house is on the 1st floor. Access is via stairs. Guests WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO the MEZZANINE.
