NO SMOKING ALLOWED The space In this accommodation, you will find a small entrance leading to a living room open to the kitchen and a separate bathroom. An outdoor balcony is also available to guests. There is a door in the living room, which is closed for rental. Guest access Living room, kitchen, bathroom & balcony. Other things to note No smoking inside the accommodation you can smoke in the balcony in a clean ashtray you do not throw butts outside at the neighbor's place! no noise disturbance at the risk of disturbing the neighbors (TV loud music prohibited) A parking space in the basement with surveillance camera can be offered for an additional €5 per day.
