Cozy guesthouse near bustling Groningen

We would like to welcome you to our beautiful guest house. Staying with us means enjoying everything Groningen has to offer! The residence consists of a living room and bedroom, has beautiful authentic details and is also equipped with desired amenities such as floor heating, WiFi and television. The location is perfect on the edge of beautiful Harkstede and only a few kilometers from bustling Groningen. Nearby are many options to take beautiful walks or bike rides. The space The accommodation has its own entrance and private garden, and a parking space can be found on our property. On the ground floor, there is a living room with dining table and sitting area. On the ground floor, you will also find the luxurious bathroom with rain shower and a toilet. You can also use a kitchenette (combi-microwave/fridge/freezer/coffee maker/kettle/sink). Comfortable details are the pleasant floor heating, the large television and fast WiFi throughout the space. Items for (small) children are also available (e.g. baby bed, toys, trampoline, etc.). Upstairs is the bedroom, made with beautiful details and a comfortable bed of 1.60m wide. PLEASE NOTE: the stairs to the bedroom are steep and quite narrow. Although there are handrails, it is less suitable for guests with difficulty walking. Guest access In our guest house, the living room, bedroom, bathroom and toilet are all completely private for you. Our accommodation also has a private garden and a private entrance. The only common area is the shared hallway that you walk through to get from the living room to the toilet, bathroom and the utility room. The living room/bedroom can be locked both from the outside and the inside. Despite the fact that we ourselves have three children (5, 9 and 11), the stay is not noisy because it is a linked building and is well insulated. Other things to note If you want to go to the city of Groningen by bike (half an hour if you cycle slowly), we have two normal bikes for rent (€7.50 per bike per day) and an e-bike (€12.50 per day). You can also take a nice mountain bike ride through the area. Digital .gpx file is available and a guided tour is also one of the possibilities.
