The space This cosy two bedroom apartment is located in the residential complex "Callao Beach" in Callao Salvaje. This complex is situated very close to the beach and is renowned for its quiet atmosphere and well-kept communal areas. Our apartment is a corner unit on the top floor, giving you a comfortable wrap around terrace to enjoy. The unit contains a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room bathed in natural light thanks to floor to ceiling windows, two bedrooms and bathroom. Both bedrooms have large windows, and one of the bedrooms has access to the wraparound terrace (also accessible from the living/dining room). This apartment has air conditioning and blackout curtains in bedrooms. Our place is perfect for people that don’t like stairs, and prefer a quiet, comfortable location with all the amenities you could need within walking distance. ___ Callao Salvaje Callao Salvaje is a district of the municipality of Adeje, situated in the south of the island of Tenerife. It is a tourist area but very quiet, with its own beach and many beautiful coves. The international airport of Tenerife South is about 20 minutes away, and the big centres like Playa de las Americas, Los Cristianos or Costa Adeje are only 5-10 minutes away by car. This small and idyllic place has all the necessary facilities such as banks, restaurants, supermarkets and shops, and has more than 300 days of sunshine a year. Guest access There is a convenient parking space in the basement of the building and elevator access to the floor. The complex has a large swimming pool, children's pool and numerous communal areas with many palm trees and tropical plants.
