Close to Bourgoin Jallieu, 15 minutes from the A43 motorway and 30 minutes from St Exupéry airport and its TGV train station, 40 minutes from Lyon, Chambéry and Grenoble. Fiber-connected apartment. The space The accommodation consists of: - a large 28 m² living room with equipped kitchen. Oven, induction stove, microwave, fridge, and filter coffee machine. - one bedroom with 140 x 190 double bed and 200 x 220 duvet - a bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 x 190 and duvets of 140 x 190. - a bathroom with walk-in shower. - a laundry room equipped with a washing machine. We can optionally offer you bed sheets, towels and cleaning. Guest access Parking is located above the building with access via the outside staircase. Other things to note As we live next door, we'll be available for any requests you have. Please note that linens and towels are not provided for ecological reasons, and in order not to increase the nightly rate, cleaning fees are not included in the service. However, we can offer them as an option: - €10 per bed for the supply of sheets - €5 per person for bath towels - €15 for cleaning. Please let us know by message what you'd like to benefit from. You are of course free to bring your own sheets and towels, and to clean before you check out. Thanks for understanding!
