The space In this formula, there are no other guests during the stay (the living area can be used by the owner until 8:00 p.m., from Monday to Thursday) and the apartment is made available as follows: - a double bedroom (king size), with a large window facing the greenery, wardrobe, mini-bar, toaster, microwave and kettle to heat food and drinks, folding bed table, work desk and armchair "armchairs and sofas", art books, poetry and city guides; - a kitchen for enjoying your own meals and/or for access to the private patio; - a bathroom with a double sink, a bathtub in the shower, and a window overlooking the private garden; - a full-wall bookcase and a relaxation area with an armchair in the night corridor. The apartment is on the second floor in a very quiet building, without an elevator. N.B.: This formula is available for a maximum of 2 guests, with self check-in from 7 p.m. onwards and check-out by 10 a.m. The additional use of the multimedia room (with wall-mounted TV, DVD and surround sound system, dining table, sofa bed for two more guests, art books), the kitchen for cooking on the stove, self check-in in advance from 4 p.m. and late check-out until 12 p.m. is included in the accommodation formula "the poet's house: relax in Bergamo city", of which I am also the owner. Guest access Guests have exclusive and reserved access (only one booking is allowed at a time): - to the kitchen; - to the private terrace; - the daytime entrance; - the bathroom with double sink and window overlooking the internal garden, - the night entrance with full-wall bookcase and paintings - the double room for guests. The two private bedrooms and the multimedia room (which can be used by the owner from Monday to Thursday, until 8 p.m.) remain closed. Other things to note SELF CHECK-IN is guaranteed free of charge from 7 p.m. until 2 a.m. It is also possible that: - there is myself or other people (such as, for example, those in charge of preparing the apartment) in the apartment until 7 p.m. on the day of your scheduled arrival; - I am specifying this because, if possible (if there are people able to do so), I allow guests to leave their luggage in storage for free while waiting for the apartment to be ready; - also for this reason, I ask you to kindly let me know as soon as you can your estimated arrival time and/or if you need to store your luggage before 7:00 p.m. (I will gladly do my best). In this formula, self-checkout: - takes place by 10 a.m., when the people who take care of the apartment arrive, - unless late check-out is requested with an additional payment in proportion to the time of postponement of check-out (please write to me if you need to do so). I also inform you that I can, to facilitate your most comfortable arrival at the apartment, organize the personalized transfer service by car from the airport and to the airport, namely: - between 9 p.m. and no later than 2 a.m. a person can pick you up at the airport at the price of €50; - between 4:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. on the morning of your checkout, a person can pick you up at the apartment to accompany you, for the same price, by car to the airport; - These additional options to the free self check-in must be booked at least two days in advance, and are subject to confirmation.
