Rental unit in Hamburg

Right in the heart of Hamburg lies the trendy district of Ottensen, and we live right in the middle of it: With just a short 10-minute walk to the beautiful view of the harbor from the „Elbhang“, Ottensen’s shopping streets, or to Altona‘s central train station (and even quicker to the bus stop), the apartment is ideally located for short and long stays. Museums, restaurants, cafés, boutiques, and a shopping center are all easily accessible without a car in a wide variety. The space The apartment is located in the front part of our residential building, one of the first energy-efficient houses in Hamburg. The ceilings are soundproofed, but our children can still be heard from time to time. For longer stays, our studio is not suitable as there is no shower available. Guest access From our common entrance, the first door on the right leads directly to the apartment with its own anteroom and toilet. You will find your key in the lock (from the inside). Other things to note The Hamburg culture and tourism tax is already included in the price (usually €2 per person per night) and does not have to be paid separately. Registration Details 23-0031331-22
