The ski resort, ski lifts, shops are 200 m from the chalet. Winter and summer, the charm works. Contact me for the appropriate rates. ✔️DESCRIPTION: The chalet is located in the heart of an outdoor residence, in a natural and soothing setting. On the ground floor you will find a pleasant living room equipped with a large closet, a sofa, an 80 cm flat screen TV, as well as a round table with extension for your family meals. The master bedroom has a double bed (140 x 190) and a wall-mounted TV for even more comfort. The bathroom is functional and modern, with a large shower, sink and toilet. A fully equipped independent kitchen will allow you to cook like at home: oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooktop, large capacity fridge-freezer. Upstairs, a large room awaits you with two beds of 160 x 200 cm, offering 4 spacious beds. There is also a trolley, space to store your luggage and a desk area. Outside, a practical airlock includes a washing machine, dryer and storage space for skis. And to top it all off: a spacious south-facing covered terrace, with oval table, 6 chairs, and spectacular views of the Belledonne, Vercors and Chartreuse massifs. An ideal setting for your breakfasts facing the sunrise or your relaxing evenings after a day of hiking or skiing. The ski area offers 65 km of slopes between 1460 m and 2100 m: 7 green, 6 blue, 5 red and 3 black. In summer, the resort of Collet d'Allevard is full of activities for all ages! - Just 200 m from the chalet, the ski lifts operate from mid-June to the end of September, ideal for accessing the peaks with mountain bikes or scooters. - The start of hiking trails is 100 m from the chalet, to explore the beautiful valleys of Grésivaudan and Haut Bréda. - For the more adventurous, an acrobatic course in the trees awaits young and old at 300 m.* - Mountain bike (electric or classic) and TTT (all-terrain scooters) rental is available 300 m away. - And for thrill seekers: paragliding baptisms with the "Pégase et Particule" school, also 300 m from the chalet! - In Allevard (11 km): Spa / Museum / cinema / casino / local shops / market / municipal swimming pool / lakes.
