Disconnect, switch off and unplug from the everyday woes and experience every hue of nature whilst at this holiday home, that promises to be an ideal getaway from the urban cacophony. Shades of Nature is special because of its: - Blissful location engulfed in green verdure - Private swimming pool, ideal for unwinding - Manicured gardens with seating arrangements - Blend of modern interiors with lavish amenities - Striking, white facade We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, we provide: - Generator, inverter, AC, Wi-Fi - Wardrobe, hangers, torch - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Bonfire - Secured parking space for up to 3 cars This is neither a wheelchair-friendly property nor a pet-friendly property. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 3 well-equipped bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. - All bedrooms offer amenities such as a queen-sized bed, AC, wardrobe and the rooms overlook the stunning gardens. - 2 bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom. - Extra mattresses can be provided on request. BATHROOMS - There are 2 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - The pathway leading up to this villa is dotted with towering trees and lush greenery, transporting you to your own oasis. - The home opens up to a spacious living room on the ground floor, replete with furnishings for up to 7 people. - It is equipped with a wired music system, TV, AC, Wi-Fi access and a wired CCTV camera. - The airconditioned dining area is a part of the living room, and is equipped with seating for up to 8 people. - The exteriors of the villa promise to be your ideal haven. - It features a well-maintained, green lawn, with outdoor furnishings for up to 4 people. - Guests can enjoy a relaxing soak in the private swimming pool, 35x25 ft. in size and 4.75 ft. in depth. - Guests will have access to the pool from 8 AM to 9 PM. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery. FOOD - Vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - A barbecue meal can be arranged at an extra charge. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. - Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa. - Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for 1 staff member at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per person, per day. The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges. ACTIVITIES Swathed in verdant greenery and towering palms, this holiday home is perfect for taking a step back from everyday life. Within the property, guests can start their day with a leisurely stroll on the lawn. Gather your loved ones and play indoor games like cards or ludo. Reserve the evenings for a de-stressing swim in the private swimming pool. Relish a scrumptious barbecue meal and huddle around the bonfire. ADD-ON SERVICES - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per session.  - A medical kit and torch can be provided on request.  - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - There is a stray dog in the vicinity of the property that may be on the premises. - All-male and all-female groups are not allowed. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the fans, lights and ACs for up to 8 hours and the inverter can support all the fans and light for up to 4 hours. - Mobile networks such as Jio and Vi work fairly well here. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the living area and external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.
