Close to Portsmouth NH and convenient to Rte. 1. Boston and Portland ME are about an hour drive away. Parking for one car. With a separate kitchen/dining area, the living area offers a mix of bedroom and living area with views of conservation land that abuts the property. Walk the conversation trails from the neighborhood, spend the day at the beach, or explore what the seacoast has to offer. Amenities include keyless private entry, off street parking, full kitchen, 3/4 bath, laundry, as well as a work area with desk. Loads of storage for extended stays. Two patios to enjoy and an outdoor shower (open from May 1 to Oct 31). High speed internet access and Netflix. Guest access Private keyless entrance to your suite! Other things to note Access to the guest suite is via a staircase to the backyard. We use Nest thermostats, there are two located in the suite. During heating months the thermostats have a range of 60 to 70 degrees F. When motion is not detected they reduce heating temperature. We kindly ask that you conserve resources and reduce electricity and heating use when not on the premises. If you are a winter guest you may, in the case of extreme weather, be asked to keep the cabinet under the kitchen sink open during extreme low temperatures and wind. The joys of living in an older home in New England! For the summer guests beach towels and beach chairs are available. WiFi and parking details will be given at check in. Current parking allows for one car in the driveway. Paper and cleaning products are provided, there are cloth napkins in the cottage. For extended stay guests please notify host when additional products are needed. No vaping, smoking, candles, incense or open flames in or on the property. We are a quiet, low key property and expect the same of guests.
