Quiet, yet centrally located in the town of Ahaus in Münsterland, on the Dutch border, we offer you a pleasant overnight stay with breakfast. The city center is just 400 meters away, and the train station is a ten-minute walk away. We are a small B&B and only rent two rooms, plus a comfortable shared bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub The space The room -'the balcony room'- room is a spacious room with breakfast corner, seating area and balcony for 1 to 3 people. The room is equipped with a TV, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. Wi-Fi internet connection is provided. There's a small fridge in the hallway. Breakfast is brought to the room. The room shares a spacious, comfortable bathroom with the second room. During your stay We serve breakfast from 8:00 am. We ask when you want breakfast and the breakfast will be brought to the room on a tablet or placed outside the door of the room at the time agreed with you. Other things to note We rent the room including breakfast, but you can of course also stay without breakfast.
