Our BACK-UP GENERATOR, can only carry only ALL FANS,LIGHTS,Wi-Fi ,TV, and WATER PUMP in the apartment,we request that in case of a power cut(Black out/Dumsor/loadshedding) ▪︎Use the Ceiling Fans instead during this time,Please switch off all AC's and Electronic Appliances(Fridges,Airfryer,Washing machine,Microwave,Water Kettle )as indicated in our pamplet in the home to avoid any damages. ▪︎Also, there is no need to worry if you can make a meal with a power outage. Guess what?Yes, you can. We use gas cooker ovens. 2.When you leave the house or not use the rooms,please make sure to turn off all AC's,Lights,Water Heaters,Washing Machine also indicated in our pamplet and also during checkouts. 3. We'd like to remind you that water is a precious resource in Ghana. ▪︎ Conserve Water during your stay! ▪︎To help us conserve it, please use the washing machine responsibly and notify our caretaker when you need to do laundry. ▪︎ This way, we can ensure the water tanks are always full and replenished from the private company we buy from so that you don't experience water shortage. ▪︎Also, just a heads up,when doing laundry,please hang the clothes on the drying rack, and we have additional clothing hanging lines downstairs(we have clips or pegs to use) instead of the balcony rails to avoid wear and tear. ▪︎Your cooperation will help us maintain a smooth and comfortable stay. ▪︎We would appreciate it if you could adhere to these rules and agree/read them before booking our place and also to make it easy for us and your stay.
