Located in the middle of a 4 ha clearing, where our horses graze, bordered by woods where the deer will lull you during the rutting season, the Basinerie is a haven of peace with careful decoration in every detail and concern for comfort. The cottage can accommodate up to 12 people in its 3 small family suites and its large, very cozy living room. In the heart of Sologne, renowned for its forest trails, along many ponds, its very rich fauna and its castles. Near Lamotte Equestrian Park The space La Basinerie, an authentic Sologne cottage, is a newly restored old barn located on the same property as our house but completely isolated from it. It's a perfect spot for family gatherings, but also with friends or colleagues thanks to its 3 small self-contained suites (for 12 people maximum) And to get together, a living room with an equipped kitchen (oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher) a dining area where 2 tables with extensions will allow you to set a nice table for 16 (max 18) place settings in coordinated antique dishes, and finally a cozy sitting area where the bench is also a 90 x 190 bed. A small display case provides you with books, tourist documents, maps and board games for everyone. The Hortense room on the ground floor consists of a 160 x 200 bed and 2 90 x 200 beds, a bathroom with double sinks, shower and bathtub and separate toilet, a dining area. Upstairs, the Victoria room offers a 160 x 200 bed, a chic and convertible 120 x 190 sofa equipped with a mattress topper, a bathroom (double sinks, shower, bathtub), separate toilet, a kitchenette with coffee maker and dining area. Opposite, the Eugénie room offers a 160 x 200 bed and a 140 x 190 bed equipped with a quality mattress, a bathroom (double sinks, shower, bathtub and toilet), a kitchenette with coffee maker and a dining area. *Bed and bath linens are provided (beds are made on arrival) cleaning is included. Accessible from the outside, the laundry room houses the washing machine and maintenance accessories (we provide our dryer on request) Pellet stove with central heating In front of the house, a small barn houses outdoor games (petanque, molkky, small table convertible into ping-pong/billiards/foosball) and the barbecue. You can store your bikes or others there (we can lend you 5 bikes on request to help you out, to take as is!) The large terrace is equipped with garden furniture where you can enjoy the presence of our horses in the summer. You will have access to the SWIMMING POOL (above-ground wood) of 6 m x 3.50 m and the entire property of 4 ha to walk, visit, with the little ones to the chickens, horses or see them work. Your horses are welcome (meadows, shelters, stable, Fontainebleau sand quarry 60 x 20). Contact us. Guest access Apart from the house which you have entirely, you will have access to a small closed barn (games, bikes, etc.) Other things to note *A security deposit of €1000 will be required upon arrival, and an additional €150 per animal (dogs only, we refuse cats because of the allergens they carry) *The dryer is available on request and is located outside the cottage. *We can lend you 5 bikes to help you out, to borrow as is * The swimming pool is 200 m from the cottage but freely accessible (unheated) *We require your dogs not to run after horses or chickens (which are not in the immediate environment of the cottage) *Smokers are welcome but must smoke outside. *there is no cleaning fee, we will do it when you check out but we look to you to maintain the cottage reasonably during your stay especially in the presence of a dog (paws wiped if necessary, access to beds and living room prohibited) Clean and tidy dishes, garbage cans taken out.
