Kivik, Österlen. Guest apartment in a skipper's house.

Our ship's house, from 1855, is located in Kivik's old picturesque fishing village, 100 meters from the sea. In 2019, a modern guest apartment, approx. 60 m2, with preserved charm in one part of the house, entrance Strandridarevägen 5. In the apartment there are 4-5 beds, mini kitchen, dining area, sofa group and bathroom. We live in the second part of the house, entrance Greve Pipers väg 14. Most things are close: the sea, restaurants, cafés, playground, bus and ICA. Also close to activities, attractions and beautiful nature in Kivik and Österlen. The space The guest apartment (about 60m2) has two rooms on the ground floor with three new single beds. Upstairs there is a living room with a well-equipped mini kitchen, dining area and a smaller seating area with sofa bed (for one or two people), as well as a modern bathroom with shower. (On request (!), an extra bed or an extra mattress can be offered, as well as an IKEA high chair). See photos, and the information in their captions. There are 3 bed covers and 3 bed pillows for the three beds on the ground floor, and there are 2 blankets and 2 pillows for two people on the sofa bed upstairs. NOTE! Sheets, pillowcases and towels are not included! = i.e. NOTE! Bring your own! Note, Cleaning is not included! There are cleaning supplies and cleaning products. Guest access The guest apartment's entrance is from Strandridarevägen 5, (see photos). The skipper house rental part starts behind the white apartment door (which has its own key). As a guest, you have access to the apartment and its patio with barbecue and garden furniture on the lawn in front of the guest apartment. In the guest apartment, there are 5 bed covers and 5 bed pillows for the apartment's 5 beds. (On request (!) an extra bed or a mattress can be offered, as well as an IKEA high chair). But, PLEASE NOTE, bring: Sheets (sheets/bettlaken), pillowcases and towels (towels/handtücher), i.e. PLEASE NOTE, they are not included! Cleaning is not included! Care and clean the apartment after yourselves so it's ready for the next guest! Cleaning equipment and cleaning products are available. Please always lock up after yourselves, both the apartment door and the front door of the house. No smoking! No pets!
