Courtyard Coziness Guest Suite

*You will need to walk across the yard to the side and up a set of stairs to access this guest suite. The door to the suite is on the deck.* Located 5 minutes from i95 and rt. 1, this guest suite is perfect for stopping through on a road trip, visiting your Marine at Quantico (30 mins away), or visiting downtown Fredericksburg (18 mins away). We’re also 11 mins from the Jeff Rouse Center, 2 mins from Stafford Hospital, and 4 mins from the Brooke Station train station. 45 miles to downtown DC. The space If you are looking for a “no-frills” spot, this is the location for you! This is our permanent home. We live on the same floor so you may see us around during your stay. Your space is locked from the rest of our house and has a keypad lock to ensure the room stays secure when you leave. IT IS NOT DETACHED. We also have dogs- you WILL hear them from time-to-time but they do not go in the room at all. Your minimalist private space includes a bathroom and one connecting room. The room has a small kitchen area on one wall, a bistro table for eating, a full-sized bed, and a couch that pulls out into a twin bed. It is a NONSMOKING space, inside and outside. If you are a smoker and would like to smoke outside, please speak with us first. Other things to note Because we are 4 minutes away from the Brooke Station train station, you will be able to hear the trains from the room. You may also hear us or our dogs as this is our permanent home.
