A two-piece exterior door has an integral blind and fly-screen, giving easy access to the luxurious and well-appointed interior. Inside the caravan, at the front, three large double-glazed windows, featuring blackout blinds and fly screens, provide a beautiful and private view from the spacious U-shaped lounge, which features a well-placed TV station on the right-hand side of the lounge with 230v, 12v and aerial sockets for the stars 530 direction aerial. A key feature of the Elddis Avante 540 interior is the luxurious upholstery with co-ordinated pelmets, curtains and removable carpets. Additional scatter cushions and bolsters add to the feeling of luxury in the lounge. The seating in the lounge lifts up to provide access to a large storage space underneath and the seating converts to a large and comfortable double bed. The central storage chest features a coffee table. The deep, comfortable sprung sofa seats are perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal with family or friends using the dining table provided, which is stored away in its own locker. The large Heki 2 roof-light allows total control over the levels of daylight and ventilation in the caravan, and comes with a pleated blind and built-in fly-screen. There are overhead ‘aircraft-style’ storage lockers, finished in rich wood veneer with hardwood edges, brushed aluminium handles with resistance door catches, adding to the feeling of overall luxury. Moving back through the Avante 540, the kitchen is well-equipped and practical. A Spinflo 3 burner hob with rapid, high-speed multifunction burners can accommodate large saucepans, woks and frying pans and the colour-matched Midi Prima domestic-style oven, featuring illumination and 2 shelves, combined with a built-in 700w microwave, provide the ability to cater for everything from a cooked breakfast to a full Sunday roast. The brushed stainless steel sink, with chrome ceramic-ball mixer tap, has an integrated drainer, is scratch resistant and comes with a washing up basin. There are lots of storage options, including a chrome cup rack and adjustable cutlery tray, with cupboards, drawers and lockers all finished in wood veneer and there are decorative laminate worktops for easy food preparation. Opposite the kitchen is a 115l Thetford 3-way fridge. Moving past the kitchen, the Elddis Avante 540 bedroom provides a fixed double bed complete with domestic quality mattress, which lifts up on gas stats to access the storage underneath. This layout is perfect for anyone wanting to leave a bed made up, couples who prefer not to wake each other up in the night or for families with children/teenagers who want their own space and privacy. At the rear of the caravan, a domestic style timber door and sturdy handle leads to the large washroom which is well appointed with high-quality fixtures and fittings. The chrome mixer faucet and inset wash basin sits in a large vanity unit which, like the wardrobe with courtesy light, integrated shelving and drawers, is finished in the same wood veneer as found in the rest of the Elddis Avante 540. A separate fully-lined, shower cubicle features a chrome mixer tap and high-flow shower head and the Thetford C-250 swivelling toilet has an electric flush and full warning light. Warm removable carpets, ambient lighting, roof light and vanity mirror make the Elddis Avante 540’s washroom a very warm and comfortable place to be! Other things to note The Caravan also has a new warrant of fitness and electrical warrant.
