Bay view studio at Harbor House

Relax and unwind as you take in the majestic views of downtown Seattle, Blake island, and south Seattle from Yukon Harbor. This well appointed studio offers a comfortable place to explore the Kitsap peninsula. From Gig Harbor to Pouslbo you can find local shops and outdoor adventures. The quaint town of Port Orchard, is 10 minutes away, offering antiques, and a walk along the waterfront. The space The 360 sq.ft. studio is portioned into kitchen, living room, and bed area by the furnishings, it is cozy, not crowded, giving one the feeling of comfort and home. The studio is heated by the gas fireplace and has a ceiling fan to help spread the warmth. The kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty of open storage space, including the two baskets below the bar table.The dining area has two chairs and a drop leaf table. The living room area has a love seat and a barrel chair. Television with fire stick so you can log into all of your entertainment streaming services. The studio is well lit with the can lights, but there is a floor lamp to adjust the lighting for your comfort. The Murphy bed is a queen size. The bench at the foot of the bed has additional storage baskets below. The closet has ample room for hanging clothes, along with laundry basket and extra pillows. The bathroom has a shower stall with great water pressure and the shower head can also be used as a handheld. There are bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and liquid body wash. Again, you will find plenty of space for your bathroom items in the medicine cabinet, above the toilet and next to the shower. The large windows make the space feel airy with morning light giving way to breathtaking sunrises. From inside and on the private balcony you will enjoy views of the downtown Seattle skyline, the Washington state ferries coming and going, and the sea life in the bay below. Keep an eye out for harbor dolphins, seals, whales, and salmon jumping in the fall. The insulated garage below is entirely for guests. The washer and dryer are located here. You can comfortably park one car in the garage and another in front of the garage if needed. The garage is accessed by keypad code. Guest access As our guest you will have keypad access to the garage (laundry machines are located here too) and the whole studio above. There is space for one car in the garage and another in front of the garage if needed. You are welcome to enjoy the beautiful landscape and flowers in season. Other things to note This is a no smoking property, smoking is totally prohibited. Also, there is no getting around the stairs, the studio is on the second floor.
