During your stay Our office is located at Calle Pizarro 2, 28004 Madrid, just minutes from our accommodations. Guests will receive access information and instructions in advance. We offer a luggage storage service in our office for €3 per piece during the same day and €6 for each additional day, available during office hours. In our office, we also have a professional platform scale for the precise control of baggage allowance. In addition, guests can enjoy the buffet breakfast at Day Madrid Bar & Café on Calle Luna 24, open every day from 7:30 am to 2 pm. Day Madrid closes in August and on January 1st, with special hours on holidays. Office and maintenance hours are limited and may be subject to change; please check our hours.
